Monthly Bookkeeping
Your books, handled every month. Accounts reconciled, transactions categorized correctly, and financial statements delivered on a set schedule. Nothing outstanding, nothing overdue, nothing left to guess at - and I’m watching the numbers between reports, not just producing them.
What’s Included:
Entry and classification of all financial transactions
Bank and credit card account reconciliation
Payroll transactions recorded in QuickBooks
Monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Monthly review call to walk through the numbers together
*Additional services such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management can be added if your business needs them.
Detailed Diagnostic Review
A thorough review of your existing books - what’s accurate, what’s missing, and what your numbers actually say about the business. You’ll get a detailed written report, with a clear recommendation on what to do next.
What’s Included:
A full review of your current books and chart of accounts
Identification of errors, gaps, and miscategorized transactions
An assessment of what your financials can and can’t currently tell you
A written report of findings
A call to work through the report and my recommendations
Catch-up & Clean-up
Behind by a few months or a few years? Books that were never set up properly to begin with? I’ll rebuild the record, correct what’s been miscategorized, and reconcile everything back to a clean, accurate starting point - so you’re ready for your CPA, your lender, or simply your own peace of mind.
Clean-up work starts with a diagnostic review, so the quote reflects what’s actually there. If you move forward with the clean-up, that fee is credited toward it.
What’s Included:
Reconstruction of transaction history from source documents
Correction of miscategorized and duplicated entries
Bank and credit card reconciliation for the catch-up / clean-up period
Financial statements for the periods brought current
A clean handoff, whether you continue monthly or take it from here

After our first call, you’ll have a flat-rate quote in hand before any work begins - so you know exactly what it costs, with no hourly billing and no surprises.
